LexisNexis® Identity Report provides deep identity intelligence, risks associated with personally identifiable information and additional details on associated data and subjects linked to the primary identity. This information helps identify characteristics indicative of fraud and material misrepresentation that are not obvious in the verification and validation process. It provides easy to understand identity risk indices, identity segmentation and risk indicators to pinpoint possible high-risk applicants.

First seen and last seen dates represent the span of time that the information is believed to be accurate based on information received from the source.

LexisNexis LexID®

We have provided the identity's LexID® number and type. There are seven types:

Established: A LexisNexis Established LexID® represents an identity considered to have a strong footprint in our database, verified from various sources over a considerable length of time.
Possibly Established: A LexisNexis Possibly Established LexID® represents an identity considered to have a footprint in our database, verified from various sources, but does not own the SSN found in our records.

Possibly Emerging: A LexisNexis Possibly Emerging LexID® represents an identity with insufficient data available to confirm it as established. This type of identity typically could be associated with a young adult, new immigrant or could be the result of ambiguous information in the database.
Suspicious Identity: A LexisNexis Suspicious Identity LexID® represents an identity that has a reported SSN that is potentially associated with another identity.

Deceased: A LexisNexis Deceased LexID® represents an individual reported from the SSA or another source as deceased.
Inactive: A LexisNexis Inactive LexID® represents an Identity for which verifying information has not been received in at least the last two years.

No SSN on File: This LexID® type represents an identity for which an SSN has never been associated.

Total Sources

Returns the count and types of sources reporting information on the identity.

Total Search Count

Returns the actual number of searches conducted on the identity, based on LexisNexis investigation, fraud, compliance, and locate product searches for Day, Week, Month and Year time values.

Identity Fraud Risk Indices

Identity Fraud Risk Indices are summarized on a scale from 1 (Lowest Risk) to 9 (Highest Risk), to provide additional information on the risks associated with the identity.

Identity Risk Level: Indicates the fraud risk level associated with the identity.
Source Risk Level: Indicates the fraud risk level based on how broadly the identity is reported.
Velocity Risk Level: Indicates the fraud risk level based on LexisNexis investigation, fraud, compliance, and locate product searches and the industry associated with these searches.

Identity Report Risk Indicators
