RiskView Report is a credit risk management tool designed to help evaluate the risk associated with lending to a consumer, offering a credit report along with a credit-based score. RiskView is offered to multiple industries, including auto lending, bank credit card issuers, Demand Deposit Account (DDA) opening, retail credit card issuers, short-term lenders, and telecommunications and utility providers.

Score: Select
the radio button for Score to
obtain a RiskView Score only for the subject, utilizing one of the RiskView
Scoring models.
Premium: Select the radio button for Premium to obtain a RiskView Score and a report that delivers the detailed insights into key consumer data and behavior attributes for the subject.

Select an appropriate industry specific credit risk Scoring Model from the drop-down options available. These options include a variety of lending markets such as Auto Lending, Bank Credit Card, Demand Deposit Account, Retail Credit Card, Short-Term Lending, and Telecommunications and Utility. Score results between these RiskView model options can vary as they are each targeted towards a specific industry. Score results can also vary between other industry credit scores as each agency uses their own mathematical formula and data content to calculate individual credit scores. Questions on establishing appropriate score cutoffs with the RiskView Scoring Models should be directed to your LexisNexis account representative.

The RiskView models are influenced by the search input fields populated for a search. As a result, it is possible to receive different score results depending on the input fields that have been populated for a search. For optimal results, it is always best to enter as much information as possible on input.
To complete a valid search, provide one of the following
minimum input combinations:
• First name, last name, street address, and either a zip code or the city and state
• First name, last name, and SSN
• LexID only
Enter the social security number for the subject for whom you are searching.

Enter the last name of the subject for whom you are searching.

Enter the first name of the subject for whom you are searching.

Enter the middle name or initial of the subject for whom you are searching.
Example: C
Enter the unparsed street address of the subject for whom you are searching. You can enter the address with or without numbers. You can also include any other details such as Ave, St, Ct or Blvd in the address.

Enter the city of the subject for whom you are searching.
Example: New York
Use the drop-down to choose the state of the subject for whom you are searching. States are listed in alphabetical order. Typing the first letter of the state will take you to the listing of states that begin with that letter.
Enter the zip code of the subject for whom you are searching. We recommend you limit your entry to the 5-digit form most commonly used.
Example: 12345
Enter the telephone number of the subject for whom you are searching. You must enter a complete number with, or without, an area code.
Examples: 123-456-7890, (123) 456-7890, 4567890, 123.456.7890
Enter the complete date of birth of the subject for whom you are searching. Please format the date of birth as shown in the example below.
Example: 07/15/1953 (MM/DD/YYYY)
Enter the driver license number of the subject for whom you are searching. Be sure to follow the format used by the state in question.
Example: A1234!
Use the drop-down to choose the driver’s license state of the subject for whom you are searching. States are listed in alphabetical order. Typing the first letter of the state will take you to the listing of states that begin with that letter.
In compliance with the California Credit Reporting Agencies Act, you must check this box if you are a retail seller, as defined in Section 1802.3 of the California Civil Code, and intend to use the services to issue credit to consumers in California who appear in person on the basis of an application for credit submitted in person.
Enter the Reference ID of the subject for whom you are searching. You can enter up to 32 characters in the provided input field to identify your search.

Your FCRA Permissible Use selection appears at the bottom of the form. Click the link if you need to change your permissible use selection before running a new search. A valid FCRA Permissible Use selection must be made for all RiskView Report searches as RiskView is a consumer reporting agency product provided by LexisNexis Risk Solutions Bureau LLC and may only be accessed in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681, et seq. DPPA and GLBA Permissible Use selections do not apply to RiskView searches.
