Downloading Reports

NOTE:  Actimize Customers using our CDD (Customer Due Diligence) solution will download all search results and reports directly into the Actimize CaseManager™ system for archival purposes.

 

 

When you click the Download link, a window displays containing the download delivery interface.

 

To download a Person Report:*

 

  1. Click the appropriate radio button. The default choice for downloading sources is none. This tells the system to download only the report information. If you select All Sources, the system will download all of the sources used to build the report. If you want to download a specific source, click Individual Source Families and then activate the checkbox adjacent to the type of source you want to download. Click the box (if available) to include a cover page and add a brief note if needed.

  1. Click Download to download your results in HTML format, or click the Cancel button to close the window.

 

To download a Business or Location Report:*

 

  1. (Optional) If you select All Sources, the system will download the report and all of the sources used to build the report.

  2. Click the Download button to print your results or the Cancel button to close the window.

 

Image Note:

NOTE:  Most browsers will have add-on software to let you open and view this downloaded file immediately. However, we recommend you choose to save the file on your PC (such as in C:\My Documents) and then open the file using a word processing application such as WordPad.
